Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis so
early registration is encouraged.

must request a room reservation on or before June 1, 2008.
After June 1, there will be no more blocked rooms available and you will
be obliged to either pay the standard room rate or use another hotel if
no Doubletree rooms are available.
